Description

The FASTA sequences of differentially expressed genes were examined using GPS2.1 software to analyse the presence of PAK1 phosphorylation sites. Using highly stringent condition, we recognized 26 genes with putative PAK1 phosphorylation sites. (XLSX 10 kb)
