The “Fig. 2” tab includes cycle threshold numbers for the qRT-PCR data as well as the calculated concentrations of MMP-1, MMP-3, MMP-13 and PEDF from NHAC transduced with LV-GFP or LV-PEDF shown in Fig. 2. The “Fig. 4” tab shows the values for percent surface area loss as determined from the Toluidine Blue images of metatarsal bones. The “Fig. 5” tab shows the values for percent positive MMP-13 area as determined from the MMP-13 images of metatarsal bones. The “Fig. 6” tab shows the values for the percent area loss as determined from the Safranin O/Fast Green/Hematoxylin images of MIA-injected knees.
