These sequences, their annotation and subsequences (e.g. CDSs) can be queried using fro them ACNUC sequence database 'agrogenom', which is freely accessible through the client tool Query; the name of the database ‘agrogenom’ must be typed in the top box, and the relevant password ‘LCSA’ must then be typed in the prompted box.
