This dataset presents the raw and processed data on the electrochemical performance of yttrium-doped NiMo/MoO2-X catalysts. The data include overpotential, Tafel slope, and stability measurements under various current densities. These results support the findings in the manuscript submitted to Nature Communications and highlight the effect of Y-doping on catalytic efficiency.
