Odonate observations, Topsfield, MA USA, 1991-2006

Adult odonates have been caught by aerial net and identified to species at two locations in Topsfield, MA USA. The first location is at 29 Campmeeting Road on upland fields and shrubland, the second is the Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary owned by the Massachusetts Audubon Society on fields, shrubland, forest and flooplain. Specimens were not retained but many have been photographed as documentation of their identification. Collection was done at random as time allowed.
