POD! Code and data behind MAR variables

The file called Splus code for generating MAR covariates.txt contains the code used to extract the data, and some functions that are used in the code. Data sets are either provided in this folder as well (mostly in a single spreadsheet "MAR raw and ancillary data") or there is a description of how to get them (from Web sites and other sources).
