Description
These data are FASTQ file sizes for uncompressed, gzip compressed, and zstandard compressed states. The name of each file was replaced with a unique ID. The columns are:uuid - unique identifier in place of a file name.None - byte size of uncompressed file.Gzip - zlib compressed file size.Zstd - zstandard compressed file size.Name_fract - The fractional file size for that compression compared to no compression.
