PISCO: Intertidal: MARINe Surveys: Species Counts

This metadata record documents the Species Count Survey data for the Multi-Agency Rocky Intertidal Network (MARINe) surveys. Sizes for species measured during these surveys are available in a separate Species Size dataset. Please note that counts for species measured in the Species Size dataset are already included in the Species Count dataset, and should not be added to these totals. Species count surveys are conducted throughout the year at sites ranging from Northern Oregon to Southern California.
