Processed Near-Bottom AUV Magnetic Field and Navigation Data from the Central America Subduction Zone, acquired during R/V Atlantis expedition AT42-03 (2018)

This data set was acquired with a Navigation System and 1540 Magnetometer on AUV Sentry during R/V Atlantis expedition AT42-03 conducted in 2018 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Erik Cordes). These data files are of Matlab Binary format and include Magnetic Field and Navigation data that were processed after acquisition. Data were acquired as part of the s: Collaborative research: Quantifying the biological, chemical, and physical linkages between chemosynthetic communities and the surrounding deep sea.
