Log 2 ratios and RPKM values of differentially expressed genes. Table of genes shown to be differential regulated (according to chosen criteria, see Material and Methods) in leaves expressing WRI1 from Arabidopsis embryo (AtWRI1), potato embryo (StWRI1em), oat endosperm (AsWRI1es), poplar stem (PtWRI1cm), and nutsedge tuber parenchyma (Ce) in pairwise comparisons to transformed control.
