Labour Disputes in the UK, 1997

The database presents information on all stoppages of work officially recorded by the Office for National Statistics since 1966. <br>The series was formerly known as &lt;i&gt;Industrial Stoppages Data&lt;/i&gt; and was the responsibility of the Employment Department. The title changed to &lt;i&gt;Labour Disputes in the UK&lt;/i&gt; in 1992 and the Office for National Statistics took over responsibility when the Employment Department was abolished in 1995.
