Description
Imaging data of crawling C. elegans on an agar plate. The imaging system was designed to translocate around a fixed-position assay plate. As the worm moves on the surface of the plate, the system follows the movements of the worm while capturing images at 4 Hz and recording its centre-of-mass position.
