Data from: Sanitizer Resistance and Persistence of Listeria monocytogenes Isolates in Tree Fruit Packing Facilities
View DatasetDescription
These data are associated with the publication "Sanitizer Resistance and Persistence of Listeria monocytogenes Isolates in Tree Fruit Packing Facilities" (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jfp.2024.100354). The goal of this study was to evaluate sanitizer resistance and evidence of persistence of Listeria monocytogenes in tree fruit packing facilities. Table_S1 contains the following information for isolates of Listeria monocytogenes isolates used in the study: sample ID, whole genome sequence accession number, lineage, MLST ST and CC, facility of origin, sampling data, location and area of sample collection, and serogroup. Table_S2 contains the following information for Listeria monocytogenes isolates used in the study: lineage, strain name, MLST sequence type, minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of peroxyacetic acid (PAA) and the biofilm remover reported in parts per million (ppm).
