Supporting Data for Sustainable production of biodiesel using waste Jatropha curcas shells as a heterogeneous catalyst
View DatasetDescription
This dataset contains the experimental data obtained from the physicochemical characterization of a heterogeneous catalyst derived from waste Jatropha curcas shells, as well as the characterization of the resulting fatty acid methyl esters (FAMEs) produced via transesterification. The catalyst was used for the sustainable production of biodiesel, as detailed in the manuscript titled "Sustainable production of biodiesel using waste Jatropha curcas shells as a heterogeneous catalyst" accepted in ACS Omega.- The dataset includes raw and processed results from the following analytical techniques:- Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA)- The Brunauer-Emmett-Teller method (BET)-Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX)- X-ray diffraction (XRD)- Gas chromatography with flame ionization detection (GC-FID)These data support the findings and conclusions presented in the article and are provided to enhance reproducibility and transparency.
