This dataset supports the study Additive Manufacturing of Thermoset Elastomer–Thermoplastic Composites Using Dual-Extrusion Printing. It includes:Cure behavior of NBR compounds, obtained via RPA at printing temperatures and oven curing conditions.Adhesion strength between NBR and selected thermoplastics, measured through tensile testing.Solubility parameters of the materials used for calculating Ra and RED values relative to NBR.Relationship between adhesion strength and ΔT.Effect of processing parameters on adhesion between NBR and polycarbonate (PC), measured through tensile testing.Peel test results for NBR–PC interfaces with different raster orientations.
