Psy-Tech LDEM – Volúmenes I y II: Protocolo Psicológico para Misiones Espaciales de Larga Duración (LDEM) y Entornos ICE con Aplicación del Modelo EFQM 2025

Herrera Yuste, Héctor

Description

English version
The Psy-Tech LDEM protocol (Volumes I & II) integrates scientific-technical foundations with EFQM 2025 organizational strategies to deliver sustainable psychological support for long-duration space missions (LDSM) and ICE environments (isolated, confined, extreme). It operationalizes emerging technologies—immersive VR, empathic AI, neurofeedback (α/SMR), binaural beats, and guided mindfulness—through personalized modules by crew profile and mission phase. The architecture enables continuous evaluation via clinical/operational KPIs (e.g., HRV, PVT, sleep efficiency, NASA-TLX, team cohesion), integrated risk management, and continuous improvement using the REDER–PDCA cycle. A minimal causal DAG links environmental/operational stressors (dust, radiation, isolation, workload) to performance and safety, alongside circadian lighting and low-load HRI principles. The protocol offers dual value: direct application to spaceflight and transfer to high-reliability terrestrial settings (polar stations, submarines, ICUs, extended shifts).
