Description

This dataset contains raw and processed LC-MS metabolomics data from soybean seeds subjected to normal light (NL) and shade (SD) conditions. It includes peak area matrices (positive/negative ion modes), differential metabolites, MS/MS-based identification, KEGG pathway analysis, and detailed sample preparation protocols.The study aims to explore the phenylpropanoid pathway and related metabolic changes associated with shade-induced adaptation in soybean. All data were generated on the Agilent 6545 Q-TOF LC-MS system.For further details, refer to the included README file and documentation.
