This dataset presents 3D structures of proteins for all 26 maize Nested Association Mapping (NAM) founder lines predicted by AlphaFold2.Protein structure prediction was performed using AlphaFold v2.0.0 with parameters preset as reduced_dbs as described in the AlphaFold database publication: Tunyasuvunakool, K., Adler, J., Wu, Z. et al. Nature 596, 590–596 (2021). https://doi.org/10.1038/s41586-021-03828-1This dataset includes 26 compressed files, totaling about 80GB.For each of the 26 NAM founder lines, the protein structures are organized into separate folders based on their corresponding chromosomes.
