Description

This dataset includes transcriptome analysis data aimed at identifying differences in gene expression in tomato plants treated with biosynthesized AgNP from Pseudomonas N5.12 under drought stress conditions.Plants were treated with either bacterial filtrate (ML) or 60 ppm nanoparticles (NP60), and their gene expression profiles were compared to those of untreated control plants (Cont) under drought stress conditions.It was found that AgNPs may play a key role in stimulating the defense mechanisms of tomatoes, enhancing their drought tolerance and helping them maintain normal functioning under stress conditions.The data was collected as part of the MSCA4Ukraine project (ID: 101101923), which is funded by the European Union.
