Description
This survey was carried out by Statistics Norway on behalf of the Ministry of Education and Research, and Ministry of Children, Equality and Inclusion. This report submits the main results from the Child care survey 2011. The study focuses on children's attendance and participation in various nurserys as kindergarten, arrangements for homework help, and school-based extra-curricular activities (SFO), in addition to parents preferences and reasons for not using such services. Household spending in relation to nursery services, as well as cash benefit and the parental work participation is also topics that are covered in the survey.
