Description

This repository contains data, metadata, and code analyzing mK-transport data on HgTe/HgCdTe thin films with thicknesses of 26nm, 45nm, 70nm, and 110nm.The data are organized in subfolders that are named by figure. Metadata and details on the band structure calculations are included in the Jupyter notebooks or found in separate README.md markdown files.
