This package contains the data and research materials that support the conclusions of the article "An analysis of user experience in customer service chatbot interactions using the UEQ".The study investigated the user experience (UX) of clients from a Brazilian insurance company when interacting with its customer service chatbot. Participants were instructed to use the chatbot, available via WhatsApp , to get information about their insurance claim status. Afterward, they completed the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ).The package includes the following materials:Dataset: Contains the 74 complete responses obtained from participants.Research Instruments:The User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) used for the evaluation.Informed Consent Form (ICF): The form presented to the study participants.Analysis Scripts: The scripts used for the data analysis.
