Photograph of panoramic view of Los Angeles looking north on Olive towards Pershing Square, ca.1930-1939. At center, a wide street can be seen extending into the extreme background at center. Several automobiles can be seen traveling along the street or parked along the curbs. To the left, a long line of tall structures sit adjacent to the road. The building in the foreground at left reads: "The James Oviatt Building". A small clock tower can be seen near the top of the building, and an American flag hangs along the side of the building. Several additional American flags can be seen waving on the tops of other buildings. A small sign in the foreground reads: "Weaver Jackson Hair Store". At right, two smaller buildings can be seen in the foreground. In the background at right, a large grassy area covered in trees is visible. Additional buildings can be seen in the extreme background at right.
