The most surprising and marvelous cures, done here in Los Angeles, is more than sufficient proof of his skillful ability in medicine. He has in his possession hundreds of testimonials, the result of chronic direases[sic] treated by him, under an established method whfch[sic] has been in constant practice in China for the long period of 5000 years, and within this period of time said system of medicine has been gradually improving, until it would be impossible to fail to perform a radical cure. Be it remembered if you have lost all hopes of recovering your health, consult Dr. Tom She Bin at once. Don't be guided by false impressions; he will faithfully tell you all about your case, and if you are not treated by him no fees are due, so if you neglect to consult the Doctor it will be your own fault.
