This object contains the supplementary information for the paper "Genome-wide association study of cocaine self-administration behavior in Heterogeneous Stock rats."GWAS Report (report_gwas_cocaine) contains GWAS results for all extended access to cocaine self-administration traits. The report includes significant loci, genes located in the loci, eQTLs, sQTLs, and heritability of all traits. GWAS results (mlma files) contain the gwas summary files for all phenotypes. Traits for cocaine self-administration (gwas_cocaine_traits) are represented as both raw values and normalized values that were used for GWAS.
