Transcriptomic resources for endangered black abalone

This fileset includes a denovo assembly of 4 black abalone cDNA libraries (SE, SC, CE, CC) using CLC Genomics Workbench (v6). SE = disease resistant population exposed to the bacterial pathogen causing withering syndrome (rickettsia; WS-RLO) SC = disease resistant population unexposed (control) CE = naive population exposed to WS-RLO CC = naive population unexposed (control) The fileset also includes BLASTX contig annotation using the UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot database and pdf's with specific project details.
