Extended Agam Operator Experimental and Computational Datasets (Combustion, Neural, MODTRAN Atmospheric Simulation)

Humagai, Subarna Kumar

Description

DescriptionThis repository contains all raw and processed data, along with analysis code, supporting the manuscript Entropy-Extended Agam Operator with Memory Kernel: Cross-Domain Validation in Combustion, Neural Coherence, and Atmospheric Photon Modulation. The datasets include:Combustion Spectroscopy – PMT/spectroradiometer recordings of salt-treated corn cob combustion at a 15° incline (350–800 nm). Data are provided as raw spectral time series (.csv), processed heatmaps (.png), and MATLAB/Python scripts for entropy estimation and eigenvalue fits.Neural Coherence Data – Calcium imaging (Fluo-4 AM), electrophysiological traces, and oxygen consumption (Seahorse XF) from blue-light/phycocyanin-treated cortical neurons. Includes raw recordings, processed metrics, and analysis scripts in MATLAB and Python.MODTRAN Atmospheric Simulations – Configuration files (.tp5, .json), raw spectral outputs (.txt), and processed plots showing cosmic–solar frequency modulation in the ionosphere (96–288 km). Includes extended scripts with quantum-modified Planck spectrum calculations. All code is included for reproducibility. See the README.md for folder structure, file descriptions, and figure/table mapping to the manuscript.
