SAC_sites_ave_dist.csv contains distances from each of the sampled sites within Sacramento, California, to the nearest agricultural location. exceedances_data.csv contains a literature review of studies that established sublethal and lethal effects for butterflies resulting from exposure to compounds that were detected in this assay. pur_2022_sac_yolo_summary_spring.csv, contains pesticide application data sourced from the California Department of Pesticide Regulation for the spring preceding host plant sampling in 2022. A detailed breakdown of how data were generated or compiled is contained within the methods section of the publication.
