This is a list of prebuilt scaffolds available in the spaceRAT R package. An R Shiny app is (soon) available to interact and project samples into the scaffolds available in spaceRAT. Instructions to run the Shiny app locally can be found here.All scaffolds are described in the spaceRATScaffolds R data package.
