Remote interpretation of reflectance confocal microscopy is an innovative and acceptable means to increase access to the non-invasive diagnostic technology.Implementation is largely reliant on individual clinicians’ attitudes toward new technology and innovative models of care.Clinicians’ acceptability of implementation was influenced by the ability of remote-RCM to generate meaningful data for remote interpretation, technological connectivity, cultural and infrastructure supports, and individual capabilities and motivation
