Chromatographic and bioactivity data for sea buckthorn microspheres: Carotenoids, tocopherols and tocotrienols (LC-PDA/FL), ORAC, and antidiabetic enzyme inhibition assays

This dataset contains raw data for microsphere and control extracts supporting carotenoid, tocopherol and tocotrienol profiling and bioactivity assessment. The package includes: (i) UPLC-FL chromatographic peak tables for tocopherols and tocotrienols; (ii) LC-PDA-QTOF-ESI(+)-MS chromatographic data for carotenoids; (iii) spectrophotometric bioactivities comprising ORAC and endpoint enzyme inhibition for α-amylase and α-glucosidase; and (iv) statistical outputs with the corresponding input matrix.
