Data related to Nanorate sequencing reveals the Arabidopsis somatic mutation landscape. Includes pre-filter variants and callable coverage values from all NanoSeq libraries. The pre-filter variants include all cases where a DNA molecule had at least one PCR duplicate from each strand supporting the same non-reference base. The callable coverage files are NumPy arrays the length of each chromosome, where the value is the number of opportunities for a mutation to be detected in the sample (the callable coverage). The scripts used to create these files and code used to generate figures from them can be found at https://github.com/cullanm/arabidopsis-mutation-landscape.
