LC-HRMS study of Arabidopsis foliar metabolome in response to Gaultheria Essential Oil (GEO)

Description

This archive compiles datasets related to studies of Arabidopsis thaliana leaves (Col-0) response to Gaultheria procumbens essential oil (GEO). Ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-high-resolution MS (UHPLC-HRMS) analyses were performed on a Q Exactive Plus quadrupole (Orbitrap) mass spectrometer, equipped with a heated electrospray probe (HESI II) coupled to a U-HPLC Ultimate 3000 RSLC system (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Hemel Hempstead, United Kigdom). For each biological sample, the RAW file obtained in ESI+ and ESI- mode were retrieved from the Xcalibur version 4.4 software and are deposited in separate sub-folders termed "Pos" and "Neg".  These Pos and Neg folders can be found in a Figure 4 and a Figure 5 folder corresponding to the figures of the André et al. manuscript. In Figure 5 folder T48i stand for 48 hours post-inoculation with Colletotrichum higginsianum. Each folder contains all the data relative to the cohort comprising "Blank" samples, Control treatment with Water (WATER), GEO treatment (GEO) and BION treatment. The details regarding samples preparation, analytic parameters and mass spectrometry, statistical treatment and visualization of the data will be made available in the publication relating to this archive.
