Bibliography of the Collected Editions of Friedrich von Hagedorn (18th Century)

The present Excel file contains the bibliography of the collected editions of Friedrich von Hagedorn published in the eighteenth century. The dataset is based on the systematic examination of printed copies as well as verified digital reproductions of originals, which were identified in the course of research in the Gemeinsamer Verbündeindex (GVI). In total, 45 distinct collected editions of Hagedorn have been documented, comprising 99 physical volumes. On this basis, it has been possible to demonstrate the existence of a number of Hagedorn editions that had not been documented in scholarship. The bibliography thus substantially expands and updates the "Personalbibliographie" of Hagedorn compiled by Reinhold Münster.Each record provides the principal bibliographical details of an edition and, where available, includes the corresponding VD18 number and persistent links to digitised originals. In addition, copy-specific evidence (locations and shelfmarks) is consistently documented, thereby ensuring unambiguous identification and verifiability of the sources.The bibliography has been compiled within the framework of the DFG-funded project "Scalable Reading of 18th Century "Collected Editions".
