Description

This dataset contains LiDAR scan data from 15 indoor surface materials, collected in the Microwave Laboratory at California State University, Sacramento. Each surface (34 × 18 inches) was scanned for 10 seconds at a 44-inch distance using a Quanergy M8 LiDAR with 3D scanning.The dataset supports research on material classification, mmWave reflection analysis, and reflection prediction using machine learning (ML). Point-cloud intensity data for each material are summarized in Specularities.xlsx.Tools used: QView, CloudCompare, Microsoft Excel, and Python.License: Academic and non-commercial research use only.
