Gene expression data of patients with endocrine-resistant breast cancer

Patients with endocrine-resistant breast cancer in Stockholm, Sweden. RNA obtained from patients primary and relapse tumors. RNA was extracted from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tumor tissue and analyzed by Affymetrix Clariom D Microarray. Pre-processing carried out in Transcriptome Analysis Console (TAC) with Signal Space Transformation and Robust Multi-chip Analysis (SST-RMA) method. Data presented in three (3) folders containing annotation and readme-files, pre-processed gene list, and microarray data files.
