The full catalog, i.e. all the calls from the three datasets, were merged in 'CNV-PopSV-Twin_CageKid_GoNL-germline.tsv' for the germline CNVs and 'CNV-PopSV-CageKid-somatic.tsv' for the somatic CNVs.
