Description
This dataset contains the raw Xenium spatial transcriptomics output for two HCC samples (M293 and M316) profiled using a custom gene panel. The following raw data files from the Xenium Analyser machine are included for both samples, with the sample ID mentioned as the prefix of each file:transcripts.parquettranscripts.zarr.zipmorphology.ome.tifmorphology_focus_0000.ome.tifmorphology_focus_0001.ome.tifmorphology_focus_0002.ome.tifmorphology_focus_0003.ome.tif
