Current Population Survey, October 2002: School Enrollment/Library Use

Data on labor force activity for the week prior to thesurvey are supplied in this collection. Information is available onthe employment status, occupation, and industry of persons 15 yearsold and over. Demographic variables include age, sex, race, maritalstatus, veteran status, household relationship, educationalbackground, and Hispanic origin. In addition to providing these coredata, the October survey also contains data on school enrollment forall persons aged 3 years old and over. This information includescurrent grade attending at public or private school, whether attendingcollege full- or part-time at a two- or four-year institution, yearlast attended a regular school, year graduated from high school, graderetention, library use, library accessibility, and resources forpeople with disabilities.
