Description

This dataset is comprised of many biochemical analyses performed throughout the course of a 90-day laboratory exposure experiments to determine the chronic effects of fine-sediment generated turbidity on the health of Acropora cervicornis coral nubbins. Biological endpoints such as photographs, buoyant weight and PAM fluorometry measurements were performed weekly, while tissue regeneration post-wounding, dry weight, total lipids and total proteins were calculated at the end of the 90 day exposure.
