Description

Data obtained during measurements related to the publication. Intensities of TOF-SIMS signals characteristic for substrate, polymer mers and amino-acids calculated for analysed P(OEGMA-co-MAA) brush coatings from TOF-SIMS spectra. Time dependencies of characteristic ions intensities calculated from TOF-SIMS depth profiles. High resolution TOF-SIMS spectra and TOF-SIMS depth profiles were recorded with TOF.SIMS 5 instrument (ION-TOF GmbH). X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy C1s core-level spectra, with fitted peaks, recorded for analysed P(OEGMA-co-MAA) brush coatings. Fluorescence microscopy images of P(OEGMA-co-MAA) brush coatings with immobilized fluorescence labeled proteins. Data on cell number and results of the MTT test for fibroblasts cells cultured on P(OEGMA-co-MAA) 75/25 brush.
