HUEX-STAC Allele Frequencies

X. cortezi allele frequency values for the HUEX-STAC hybrid population. Files beginning with "nucallele-freq" are the frequency of each AIM in the population (despite "for_LD" in the file name, these were not used for LD calculations). Files with "avgXcora-freq" average these individual values for any AIMs belonging to the same gene.
directnmt indicates AIMs/genes identified as interacting n-mts in the mansucriptindirectnmt indicates AIMs/genes identified as non-interacting n-mtsnonnmt indicates AIMs/genes idenfiied as non-n-mts
