Metatranscriptome-based genomic dataset of tick-associated viruses from Yunnan Province (2022-2023)

62 transcriptome libraries that have passed strict quality control were sent to Annouda Gene Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. for high-throughput double ended sequencing using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 sequencing platform, with a read length of 150 bp (PE150) and an average output of 10 Gb of raw data per sample. Through quality control, screening, virus genome assembly, and annotation, 102 virus genome sequences containing RdRp protein or DNA polymerase genes were obtained.
