This table presents the results of quantitative analysis conducted using Smart PLS 4, which includes variable operational analysis, construct reliability and validity, Fornell-Larcker criteria, path coefficients, and R-squared values. Meanwhile, the accompanying images were obtained from qualitative analysis using NVivo 15, which includes word cloud visualization and word clusters, depicting the main themes that emerged in the interview data.
