Supplemental Table 1. Prevalence of virulence factors by isolation source in Vibrio spp. (n=570) collected between 2000-2019 from various sampling locations across North America. Environ= isolates collected from environmental sources, primarily seawater and marine sediments. Shell= shellfish from oysters, mussels, and clams. NSO = northern sea otters, SSO= southern sea otters.
