Analysis of anti-tumor immunity for prophylactic effect. EG7-OVA tumor cells (1×105 cells) were inoculated subcutaneously into mice (n=4/group) 1days before immunization by dissolving-microneedle-patch loaded OVA. (A) Experimental scheme for the anti-tumor immunity therapy (B) Tumor growth was monitored by measuring the tumor volume of mice. Photographs of the dissected tumor tissue from each group are also shown. (C) Tumor weight of the dissected tumor tissue from each group was also shown. Data are represented as mean ± SD of four mice per group. #p<0.05, ## p<0.01 or ### p<0.001 control-patch group vs. OVA-patch group.
