Materials for the Workshop "Getting Started with Low Coverage Population Genomics" , Otago University, 22 March 2019. Alignment files for whole-genome sequence of N=143 Tomato and Potato Psyllids (Bactericera cockerelli) from 4 New Zealand , 1 Californian and 1 Honduran populations. Data files represent 250 kbp of one scaffold of a draft assembly.This data was generated by the Plant and Food Research in research programme funded by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) .
