Can the “Gazelles Plan” support gazelles growth? —Evidence from the Beijing Zhongguancun in China

The statistical scope of China's industrial enterprise database is the industrial enterprises with sales of more than 5 million yuan in mainland China (more than 20 million yuan from 2011). Statistical variables include the basic situation of the enterprise, the financial situation of the enterprise, and the production and sales situation of the enterprise. The statistical caliber of industry includes "mining industry", "manufacturing industry", "production and supply of electric power, gas and water". It covers more than 40 major industries in China's industrial manufacturing industry, more than 90 medium-sized industries and more than 600 sub-industries.
