Description
This dataset contains all raw qPCR and ddPCR files used in the manuscript Longitudinal assessment of Ehrlichia canis bacterial load in naturally infected dogs using droplet digital PCR. The dataset includes raw amplification files, droplet amplitude files, copy number outputs, and Ct value tables for Days 0, 30, and 60. Files are provided to support peer review as required by the journal Veterinary Microbiology. Access is restricted via private link until acceptance of the manuscript.
