This repository provides the data and MATLAB codes supporting the figures and experimental results reported in the manuscript“Hybrid Deep Learning and Optimized Variational Mode Decomposition for Point–Interval Runoff Prediction”.The dataset is based on long-term monthly runoff observations from the Yangtze River Basin (Hankou and Luoshan stations) and includes observed runoff series, model predictions, and derived error sequences.The accompanying MATLAB scripts reproduce all main analyses presented in the paper, including VMD/IVMD parameter optimization, point prediction comparison, kernel density estimation–based interval prediction, and Bootstrap-based uncertainty assessment. The materials are organized by figure number (Figs. 3–10) to facilitate transparency, reproducibility, and result verification.
